It is helpful for you or your key team members to have prior industrial hygiene or related field/laboratory experience. We welcome existing franchise and business owners of disaster recovery and/or restoration contracting brands.

The typical length of time between your signing of the Franchise Agreement and the opening of your Franchised Business varies from 120 to 150 days. Please refer to our FDD for additional details.

Franchise owners and staff receive comprehensive training and Grand Opening support, and our team is available to assist you whenever you need us.

The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $151,550 to $178,050. This includes a $60,000 initial franchise fee, with a 10% discount for multiple franchises.

We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer you to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.

The initial term of your agreement is five years, with the option for two five-year successor agreements.
